Possibly my least favorite form of writing. Oh, I lied. I hate cover letters even more. 

It’s not just the physical act of writing them that I dislike. It’s the thought that their purpose is to be seen by people who never call me back.

None of my resumes have fulfilled the purpose that they were meant to do. 

I don’t want to create things that don’t serve a purpose.

Man, I’m going to miss this in September.

Summer is the time to make memories.

Watched Eclipse with my two favourite buddies Christina and Kevin Wang! Movie was a lol/drool fest (I liked it when the guys were shirtless).

Afterwards we had a long talk at Williams about Harry Potter, sex, McMaster, friends, Francis, elephants, and cheesecake. Kevin ordered a double double, Christina had a smoothie, and I had a London Fog (<3).

Onwards we went to our next location: the restaurant at Costco to get ice cream and use their washroom! :D Honestly, they have the best food there (the restaurant, not the washroom.)

Eating vanilla waffle cones, sitting with two people you’ve known since the beginning of high school, watching the clouds flaming the sky into nighttime - thanks you guys. 

Next week is going to be busy:

1. Call McMaster Financial Office to fix this OSAP mess I am in. (MON)

Honestly, I don’t even deserve to graduate. This summer break, I am discovering disconcertingly often that I am a half-wit. :( It is extremely saddening to discover this before going off into university, where I have to face living alone and double chem.

2. Attend Summer Orientation at Mac and meet future classmates. (TUES)

Getting kind of nervous about this actually. What if no one likes me? I am going to be seeing these people for the next 4 years of my life. Oh God, I hope we can keep the awkward silences to a minimum.

3. Watch movies with Christina and others. <3 (WED)

Just purely excited for this. I need to talk to people my age, I turn funny when I’m inside my head for too long.

4. Have my last driving lesson. (THURS)

Whee! :)

I really should get into the habit of updating more often and find classier ways of doing it. Yet another thing to do on my checklist?
